Return Policy and Conditions ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS All of our products are guaranteed to be made in the countries from which they are stated. Our suppliers are only from companies on the Mediterranean Ocean. As there are many different countries in this area, there may be times in which products from a specific country might be unavailable for sale for various reasons.

TABLECLOTH SIZES Some of our larger rectangular tablecloths can be used on an oval table. As all of our products are hand cut from its bolt, sizes will vary but not stray far off it’s designated measurement. As a rule of thumb, the tablecloth you buy should have 8 inches on all sides of the table. Keeping the tablecloth at this optimal length will prevent any inadvertent pulling and/or tugging by extra length in guest’s laps.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS To keep your products in the best condition possible, they should be washed in cold water with like colors. If needed, ironing should be done on the reverse side of design.

OUT OF STOCK Although we do keep our stock as complete as possible, from time to time, we may run out of a popular item. We do our best to refill our inventory as quickly and as frequently as possible from our Mediterranean suppliers. We update the website frequently to reflect the products available, however; in the event that you order an item that we are “out of stock” on before our website has had an opportunity to be updated, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of this issue.

SHIPPING Our shipping fees are only inclusive of orders in the contiguous 48 United States. If you order from anywhere else, additional charges will apply. We will not charge additional charges without contacting you first. This may slow your order but we will make every attempt to expedite your order and keep you informed of any delays. Free shipping offer is for orders over one hundred dollars not including taxes in the contiguous 48 United States only. Free shipping is ground level UPS or USPS. LARGE ORDERS If you wish to make an extra large order of a specific item, please contact us directly on our toll free number 1-888-229-0491 to discuss discounts.

RETURN POLICY All of the products from “a Taste of the Mediterranean” have been individually inspected by us prior to shipment guaranteeing its condition. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price (and tax if any applicable.) You must return your item within 30 days of purchase and the item must not show any signs of wear, usage, stains, or tears else the return & refund will not be honored. Please send us an email with your name and order number and the reason you wish to return your purchases. We will provide you with return shipping instructions upon receipt of your email.

CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to cancel an order already made, we ask that you do so within one hour of placing it. Due to the swiftness that we respond and ship requests, the order may already be processed and on it’s way to you. Please reply to the order confirmation email you received from us and tell us that you want to cancel it or call us directly using the toll free number listed above.
